This policy explains how Posting Suite processes data needed to operate account onboarding, automation, scheduling, and publishing workflows.

1. Data processed

• Authorized account identifiers and OAuth token metadata required to call platform APIs.
• Publishing metadata, generated drafts, and workflow states needed for scheduled execution.
• Operational telemetry (health checks, logs, outcomes) used for reliability and incident handling.

2. Why we process data

• Authenticate and maintain account connections requested by users.
• Execute content workflow actions initiated by users in their workspace.
• Monitor service performance, troubleshoot issues, and maintain auditability.

3. Storage and retention

• Data is retained only for as long as necessary to operate this deployment and related workflows.
• Sensitive values are protected with platform security controls and restricted operational access.

4. Third-party integrations

Posting Suite connects to third-party platforms and APIs (including TikTok) under user-authorized scopes and permissions.

5. User controls

Users can revoke connected accounts and request data deletion through the deployment operator. API access can also be revoked directly on integrated third-party platforms.
